Primer Aluminium / primer Alu gray matt - MST-Design

Excellent adhesion promoters between aluminum base and subsequent topcoat.

Application:
Underground: with fine sandpaper (400 grit) sanding dry. Remove sanding dust carefully. The substrate must be clean, dry and free of grease. Protect the object and the surrounding area from spray mist. It is advisable not to be masked to be painted parts. When painting small areas it is recommended that
a piece of card as a template, in which a hole is slightly larger than the area to be sprayed, cut. The carton is held approximately 1-2 cm from the surface. In this method, a significant portion of the spray mist is caught.


Pretreatment / Cleansing: with silicone.


Processing conditions: from +10 ° C and +25 ° C, max. Humidity 60%.
Shake the spray can for about 2 minutes before use.
The spraying distance should be about 25 cm. 2-3 thin layers spray. Apply After drying topcoat.
Recoated with air-drying acrylic, NC and synthetic resin paints.


Drying at 20°C:
Dust dry after about 15 minutes
To handle after about 30 minutes
Sand after 2-4 hours
